These gift ideas for your tech lover will help you get all your holiday shopping done in no time at all. You’ll even find ideas on stocking stuffers!
Hello, my fellow shoppers! Can you believe that Thanksgiving is just days away, and with it all of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, not to mention the start of the Christmas season! It’s the most overwhelming wonderful time of the year. Never fear…if you are in search of gift ideas, my friends and I have you covered. I’ve teamed up with my favorite gal pal bloggers again today to give you some amazing gift guides. I’m sharing my gift ideas for the tech lover in your life. You can find my friends’ links to their gift guides at the bottom of this post.

I shared the Echo Dot in last year’s gift guide, and since then we have bought several. We use them to listen to music, check the weather, and my favorite feature…calling different Dots in the house as an intercom…no more yelling between rooms. I can’t imagine not having them now. This year’s new Echo Spot looks even cooler! It has a small video display and can even be used as a clock. I’m hoping to use one to replace the huge clock radio that takes up too much space on my nightstand.
2. Honeywell Smart Wifi Thermostat
This thermostat was my husband’s and my gift to ourselves (romantic, right?) last Christmas. We love that it can be controlled remotely with our phones so we can adjust the temperature of the house when we are traveling, and we don’t come home to a super hot or cold house. It can also be voice controlled if you pair it with the Amazon Alexa app. The other great thing that we didn’t realize when we bought it was that it qualified for rebates through our state because it’s programmable and energy efficient, so we were able to get almost the entire cost back when we submitted the receipt. Make sure to check to see if your state has any similar rebate programs!
3. Linksys Velop Router Replacement
This router replacement was an early Christmas present to ourselves (I’m getting a little embarrassed admitting our gifts here). We dropped our cable provider this year and are now streaming TV, so our internet speed is really important. The great thing about this system is that you have multiple routers throughout your home that mesh together to provide one super fast network. It’s incredibly easy to set up and even allows you to prioritize your devices that are using the internet, as well as provide parental controls over your kids’ devices. It’s fairly pricey, but we dropped our cable, so we figured we could pay for it with our savings pretty quickly.
Have a tech lover in your life that already has everything? Then, this is the gift for you. This hard case carry-on luggage has an integrated power bank for charging your devices on the go. It’s also self-weighs everything you pack so there are no more surprises about weight overages at the airport, and it has location awareness that lets you know where it is via an app that you download to your phone.
5. iRobot Roomba 690 Robot Vacuum with Wifi Connectivity
As much I’ve always wanted a robot vacuum, I don’t have one…yet. This new version is even cooler than the previous because it can be controlled by your phone or Amazon Alexa/Google Assitant. Anything that will do cleaning for me is the best present of all!
This key and phone finder is the perfect stocking stuffer for a tech lover. Connect the tile to your keys to find your phone with a push of a button, or activate the app on your phone to help you find your keys. Now, if you’ve lost both, well then, you’re out of luck.
7. FireTV with 4K Ultra HD and Alexa Voice Remote
I mentioned earlier that we ditched our cable television. Well, we would not be able to survive without our FireTV. The FireTV easily connects to your television so that you can watch Amazon Prime video, Netflix, Hulu, and a lot more. Their latest version supports the newest 4K TVs, and the remote comes with Alexa so you can easily control your new thermostat while you’re watching.
Perfect for the pet lover! This video camera not only has 2 way audio and night vision, but it also has a laser toy to keep your furry friend occupied while you are gone.
These expandable grips stick to the back of any phone to allow you to hold it without losing your grip, or you can prop it up to watch videos. There are a million designs to choose from, and they are the perfect size to fit in a Christmas stocking.
Who doesn’t love to belt out some tunes while taking a shower? Now you don’t have to do it acapella with this bluetooth showerhead. Play your favorite playlists or even listen to podcasts while you’re getting lathered up in the morning.
If you didn’t quite find the gift ideas you were looking for, you’ll definitely want to check out my friend’s gift guides. They always come up with the most amazing ideas, and I don’t know about you, but I need all the help I can get this time of year. Take a look and let me know what your favorites are!

Robin, I just bought our grandson a popsocket today and will take it with us when we drive to TX. This is one of his Christmas gifts from us. I really love the Tile Style and that vacuum, and a few more other things you mentioned. Great list!
